Inclusions: # Accommodation # Meal as per Meal Plan # Transportation # Fuel # Road Toll Tax # Service of an experienced driver from point to point as mentioned in itinerary # Toll taxes # Drivers Allowance Exclusions: # Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone, tips, gratuity, Mineral/soft/hard drinks # Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary # Boating, Camera fees, Guide / tour escort charges & Entrance Fees # Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot) # Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure # Insurance # Anything which is not mentioned in the inclusion Supplement Cost: Nathula Pass: ~Rs. 7000/- Per Vehicle (Permit Cost Non Refundable) Rock Garden: ~Rs. 2500/- Per Vehicle Zero Point at Lachung: ~Rs. 4500/- Per Vehicle (On Direct payment basis) Sky walk in Pelling: ~Rs. 2000/- Per Vehicle (On Direct payment basis) Cancellation & Amendment Policy: # Any confirmed package/booking cancellation will attract Rs. 3000/- as administrative charges. # Any Confirmed package/Booking cancelled within 30-15 days before the arrival date will attract 25% of the total package amount as retention charges. # Any confirmed package/booking cancelled within 15-7 days before the arrival date will attract 50% of the total package amount as retention charges. # Any confirmed package/booking cancelled within 7-0 days before the arrival date will attract 100% of the total package amount as retention charges. Car Waiting Policy: If a customer fails to report on the pre-confirmed time due to any flight or train delay or any other reasons, there will be a waiting charge applicable as given below: # Up to 2 hours of the proposed time: Nil # After 2 hours of the proposed time, Rs. 500/- per hour will be charged. This needs to be paid directly to the driver-partner.
